2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may incur a partial or no refund.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

 

3. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and property.

• Damage to property may result in additional charges.

• Smoking inside rooms and loud music after 10 PM is not permitted.
